Health Connect America celebrated the grand re-opening of its Jasper office on Friday, August 23, 2024.

Health Connect America (HCA) is a leading provider of comprehensive mental health and social services throughout the southeastern United States.

The Jasper office of HCA plays a pivotal role in delivering these essential services to the local community, serving Jefferson, Shelby, and Walker counties.

This office offers a range of specialized programs designed to address the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in the region.

Among these is the Intensive In-Home program, which delivers support directly within the family setting, ensuring that care is accessible and practical.

Outpatient Mental Health services are available to offer ongoing support for those dealing with a variety of mental health concerns.

Additionally, Peer Support programs provide a platform for individuals to connect with others who have navigated similar challenges, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding.

HCA’s Psychiatric Clinical services in Jasper provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive care they need.

The office also tackles the critical issue of addiction through its Substance Use Disorder services, which adopt a holistic approach to recovery by addressing both the physical and psychological facets of addiction, guiding clients towards lasting sobriety.

The Jasper office also facilitates Supervised Visitation programs, offering a safe and structured environment for family interactions, which is essential for maintaining and rebuilding family bonds.

It also runs a Therapeutic Foster Care program, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children in need of temporary care and ensuring their well-being during challenging times.

“This grand re-opening is about us regrouping and refocusing on our main goal of providing our community with essential mental health services,” said Program Director Donna Key. “We want our community to know who we are and that we are here and ready to help.” WL
