Carbon Hill senior Alana Stanger is a setter in volleyball for head coach Ross Watters.
Alana has a 4.02 GPA, and her favorite subject is English. She is also involved in Future Business Leader of America (FBLA), Key Club, Beta Club, and the National Honor Society.
“My biggest influence is my dad and sister,” Alana said. “My dad loves sports, and we go outside and pass a volleyball or a softball around. My sister played like every sport here, so I looked up to her in that regard.”

After graduating in May 2024, she plans to attend Brigham Young University to become a dentist.
Alana is the daughter of Jamie and Dana Stanger.
Let’s congratulate this outstanding student-athlete on her many accomplishments! WL
