Cawaco RC&D Opens Grant Applications for Central Alabama Projects

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Cawaco Resource Conservation and Development Council is now accepting grant applications for projects that strengthen communities across Central Alabama. Local nonprofits, schools, government agencies and community organizations in Blount, Chilton, Jefferson, Shelby and Walker counties are encouraged to apply for grants ranging from $5,000 to $20,000.
