Located along Clear Creek in Winston County, Alabama, Camp McDowell has long been a place where campers make lifelong friends, grow in their faith, and enjoy time in nature.
Each session is built around a creative theme and incorporates skits, music, and art while also exploring topics like discipleship and caring for the environment. Led by Episcopal clergy and experienced staff, the program encourages both personal and spiritual growth in a fun and welcoming setting.
Campers stay busy with activities like canoeing on Clear Creek and Sloan Lake, hiking scenic trails, tackling the ropes course, and working on arts and crafts projects.
