Meet Anna Stuckey, a Curry High School senior whose talents extend beyond the sports arena. Anna has been making an impact as a back spot in cheerleading for coach Andi Gibson.

Anna spoke about how deeply invested she is in Curry cheer, saying, “I have been cheering all four years of high school. When I was a freshman, I was the only back spot so I have had a hand in building up that position by teaching those that came after me.”

Anna has also proven herself to be a remarkable student, upholding a 3.7 GPA. She is also a proud member of the Beta Club, Student Government Association, National Honor Society, Spanish Club, and Future Farmers of America.

As she looks ahead to her graduation in May 2024, Anna plans to attend The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) to become a labor and delivery nurse.

Anna is the daughter of Sam and Dee Stuckey.

Congratulations, Anna, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
