Oakman High School Junior Bridger Upton is a two-sport athlete, playing wide receiver and safety in football for coach Ryan Hall, and point guard and shooting guard in basketball for coach Jeff Ward.

Bridger has a 4.0 GPA, and his favorite subject is math. Additionally, Bridger is involved in Beta Club, Science Club, and the Student Government Association.

“Whenever I need to overcome adversity, I look back on my training,” Bridger said.

After he graduates in May 2025, Bridger plans to pursue a degree in sports medicine.

Bridger is the son of Danette Upton.
