Meet Sarah Beth Sanford, a multi-talented senior at Oakman High School whose leadership and dedication are evident in everything she does.
As a two-sport athlete, Sarah Beth has made her mark as a co-captain and base on the cheerleading squad, coached by Kaitlyn Latham, and as a 100- and 200-meter runner on the track team, coached by Jeff Ward.
Sarah Beth’s excellence extends into her academic and extracurricular life as well. With a 4.0 GPA, she’s a standout student whose favorite subject is English.
Beyond her academics, she’s an active leader, serving as treasurer of the Student Government Association and participating in Beta Club, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, First Priority, and Youth Leadership.
Out of all her commitments, First Priority holds a special place in her heart. “It is my favorite because I get to lead and help others in their walk with Christ,” Sarah Beth explains.
With graduation approaching in May 2025, Sarah Beth’s future plans are still unfolding.
Sarah Beth is the daughter of Danny and Nikki Sanford.
Congratulations, Sarah Beth, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
