Meet Oakman High School senior Bryleigh Thompson.
A tri-sport athlete, Bryleigh has excelled as an outside player in volleyball for coach Paulette Berger, a golfer for coach Ben Panter, and a runner on the cross-country team for coach Jenny Martin.
Bryleigh’s achievements extend well beyond the sports arena, with an impressive 4.23 GPA and active participation in several clubs and organizations, including the Student Government Association, Future Business Leaders of America, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Future Farmers of America, Lucky 13 Club, Peer Helper, and Beta Club.

As she looks ahead to her graduation in May 2024, Bryleigh plans to pursue a degree in biomedical sciences at Auburn University and hopes to one day own a pharmacy.
“One of my mom’s friends is a pharmacist, and she really explained the duties, job, and school, and I just fell in love with it,” Bryleigh says.
Bryleigh is the daughter of Daniel and Jessica Thompson.
Congratulations, Bryleigh, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
