Jernigan Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of home medical equipment, celebrated the grand opening of its new Jasper location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 8, 2024.
The company, headquartered in Fultondale, offers various medical supplies, including CPAP machines, wheelchairs, oxygen systems, hospital beds, and more. The Jasper location opened in late 2023 and is managed by Jasper native Jeremy Barrentine.
“We felt like this was an opportune location for us to open a second store,” said Jim Jernigan, owner of Jernigan Healthcare. “We know most of the doctors in this area, and it felt like a golden opportunity to open in Jasper.”
This new location allows Jernigan Healthcare to better serve the Jasper community, providing easier access to crucial medical equipment and enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
“We’ve had such a great response since we’ve been open here in Jasper, and we’re just ecstatic,” said Barrentine. “We have a great staff, Jeff Parnell and Justin Dorman, and we’re looking forward to continuing to deliver compassionate care and innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life in this community.” WL
