Meet Maddie McCrary, a junior at Sumiton Christian High School whose talents transcend the confines of the sports arena. As a dedicated athlete, Maddie has been leaving her mark as a skilled third baseman in softball, under the mentorship of Coach Jessica Aderholt.
Delving deeper into her passion for the sport, Maddie shared, “Softball teaches you life lessons that really get you excited,” reflecting her understanding of the broader impact sports can have beyond the field.
In addition to her athletic endeavors, Maddie has showcased her academic prowess. When not engaged in her sports commitments, Maddie can be found studying her favorite subject, math, and maintaining a 3.92 GPA.
As the countdown to her graduation in May 2024 continues, Maddie sets her sights obtaining a degree in Exercise Science, aspiring to become a Physical Therapist. .
