Meet Chickezie Theo-Okerie, a junior at Sumiton Christian High School whose talents transcend the fields and courts where he plays. Thriving as a two-sport athlete, Chickezie has been carving his path as a defensive end in football under the guidance of Coach Jeremy Moon, while also commanding the court as a center in basketball for Coach Jeremy Hall.
Beyond his athletic prowess, Chickezie has proven himself as an exemplary student, upholding a 4.01 GPA and a particular affinity for mathematics.
In his downtime, Chickezie loves to play video games. “My favorite right now is Helldivers II,” he says.

As he looks ahead to his graduation in May 2025, Chickezie plans to pursue a career as a network engineer.
Chickezie is the proud son of Kaven and Eleve Theo-Okerie.
Congratulations, Chickezie, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
