Rhonda Dailey’s journey through life has taken her on a diverse path, spanning from the retail sector to real estate and covering the geographical distance from Alabama to Georgia and back. Amidst the various transitions, one constant remains: Rhonda allows God to guide her ship.
Born in Jasper, Alabama and raised in the unincorporated community of Saragossa, Rhonda graduated from Curry High School in 1983. She furthered her education by obtaining an associate degree in science from Walker College in 1985 and went on to attend The University of Alabama, earning a bachelor’s degree in retail management in 1988.
Rhonda’s professional journey commenced immediately after graduation with a position at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) in Fort Benning, Georgia. It was during this time that she met her now-husband, Tony. Choosing love and family, Rhonda moved back to her roots, and the couple tied the knot on February 14, 1992.
Reflecting on their unconventional wedding, Rhonda says, “He gave me two weeks to plan something. I wanted to wait until Christmas, but he didn’t, so we got married on Valentine’s Day!”
Upon returning home, Rhonda worked at Footlocker inside the Jasper Mall. Subsequently, she embarked on a decade-long journey with the First National Bank of Jasper, starting as a teller and gradually advancing to the role of loan secretary and processor.
Rhonda and Tony’s next chapter led them to Demopolis, Alabama, while Tony worked on the Eutaw catfish farms owned by Paul Bryant Jr., son of legendary University of Alabama football coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. In 2006, the couple returned to Jasper and in 2007, Rhonda pursued a career shift, becoming a licensed real estate agent. Her journey began at ReMax, later transitioning to Vision Real Estate, and finally settling at All Four Real Estate in 2008.
“I enjoy being a realtor! I love helping people find their home or land,” Rhonda says. “I also enjoy working with first-time home buyers and guiding them along the path to getting their dream home. I am with my buyer every step of the journey. I love meeting people and making new friends along the way!”
Family and faith also play a significant role in Rhonda’s life, and together with Tony, they have four children – Tate, Tina, Tessa, and Rob – and proudly embrace the role of grandparents to seven grandchildren. Rhonda and Tony are members of Edgil Grove Baptist Church in Jasper.
Whether she is assisting a family in search of their new home, or spending time with her family in her own home, one thing is certain – Rhonda’s steadfast faith and trust in God’s guidance remains a constant presence amid the ebb and flow of life. WL
