We discuss and prepare for the holiday season at Lavish Boutique all year long. We have two stores in Jasper and Cullman, and the Online Warehouse is a big undertaking when preparing for this season.
We begin to strategically plan after the first of the year to determine what went well and how we can improve for next year’s holiday season. In August, we start implementing holiday strategies to help us purchase and plan for all upcoming holiday events. Christmas Open House, Black Friday, Main Street Christmas, Christmas in the Warehouse District, Christkindlmarkt, 12 Days of Christmas, Giving Tuesday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday are just a few events that we prepare for. It’s a busy time of the year, and being prepared is key for running things more efficiently and effectively.
In our stores, we focus on creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. All the Christmas decorations go up and Christmas music begins to play November 1. We want to be a place where our customers can come in and feel and be a part of the “Christmas Spirit”! The Coffee Bar is also in full swing with Christmas, offering seasonal drinks and holiday drink specials!
This is always our busiest time of the year, and we are here to serve our customers. We continue to be blessed with the best customers. Our awesome team is always bought in to serve our customers. Our two stores in Jasper and Cullman offer complimentary gift wrapping, local pickup from our online stores, and gift cards (in-store and online).
