LeaderSports Featured Athletes: Chasidy Ezekiel, Cordova

Meet Chasidy Ezekiel, a Cordova High School senior who excels in sports and academics. The daughter of Tiffany Isbell, Chasidy’s dedication to athletics and academics positively impacts her school community.

Chasidy is not only a member of the cheerleading squad but also holds the prestigious position of Captain. When she’s not leading cheers on the sidelines, Chasidy laces up her running shoes for the cross-country team.

Chasidy’s love for learning extends into the classroom, where she thrives academically. Her favorite subject, history, fuels her curiosity about the past and its impact on the present. With an impressive GPA of 3.7, she consistently demonstrates her dedication to her studies.

Beyond her athletic and academic achievements, Chasidy is actively involved in various clubs and extracurricular activities. She is a proud member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Talent Search, FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America), and Future Teachers of Alabama.

Chasidy’s aspirations for the future are as bright as her personality. She dreams of becoming an Early Education Teacher, driven by her deep love for children and her desire to positively impact their lives.

“I have always loved being around children and helping them in any way I can,” she says.

Congratulations, Chasidy, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
