FROM JASPER’S OWN: In a time where technology is changing the way businesses serve their customers, Alabama Stackers is making a commitment to keep things more traditional with real food, real people, honest advertising, and genuine customer service.

As artificial intelligence becomes common practice in business advertising, drive-thru ordering, digital menus, and customer interactions, Alabama Stackers wants its customers to know where it stands. “We have NO plans to use AI-generated photos or advertising, and we have NO plans to introduce AI into our drive-thru, menus, or customer services.”

The simple truth is, what you see should be what you get. And real people should care about each individuals experience and serving others.

“We believe there’s something special about keeping business honest and personal,” says Alabama Stackers. “When you see our food, we want you to know it’s our food. Not a computer-generated version of what a burger could look like, but the real thing. We’re confident in our staff and what comes out of our kitchen, and we don’t believe we need artificial intelligence to portray our vision in its likeness.”

For Alabama Stackers, this standard goes far beyond photography, marketing, and AI generated images. It reflects the kind of business the restaurant strives to be every day. From preparing food to welcoming customers through the door, the goal is to provide an experience built on honesty, hospitality, and personal relationships with the members of the community.

While major restaurant brands are increasingly exploring AI-powered ordering systems and automated customer interactions, Alabama Stackers remains committed to the hospitality and service side of the restaurant business. The restaurant believes that customer service is more than processing an order. It’s listening, answering questions, getting to know familiar faces, correcting mistakes, and making sure every guest is respected as an individual.

Technology has its place, and Alabama Stackers recognizes that businesses must continually adapt. But not every new technology is necessarily an improvement to the customer experience. For a community centered, family-run restaurant, the personal touch is a corner stone of what makes Alabama Stackers a resource to their community and an experience worth coming back for.

“We may not be the biggest restaurant, and we’re not trying to be the most technologically advanced. But, we want to be the kind of place where people know what they’re getting, know who’s cooking their food, and know that there’s a real person on the other side of the counter who cares. We believe there’s still value in a friendly conversation, good fellowship and a burger that looks like the one you ordered.”

Alabama Stackers was built on the idea that a great burger, business, and community doesn’t need to be complicated. It needs good ingredients, care in preparation, consistency, and people who take pride in their work. That same mindset applies to how the restaurant represents itself to the public.

The restaurant’s commitment is not about resisting change or criticizing businesses that choose a different path. It’s about being honest about who Alabama Stackers is and what customers can expect when they walk through the door.

In a world where digitally created images can blur the line between reality and expectation, Alabama Stackers believes transparency matters. Customers deserve advertising they can trust, food that matches what they see, and service delivered by people who care about their community.

At Alabama Stackers, we’re sticking with the real thing. Real food. Real people. Real service.

Because some things just don’t need to be artificial to be better.

About Alabama Stackers

Alabama Stackers is a locally owned, family-run burger restaurant in historic downtown Jasper, Alabama. Founded by three brothers, the restaurant is built around classic burgers, locally sourced products, small-town hospitality, and a commitment to serving the Jasper and Walker County area. Alabama Stackers believes in keeping things local, keeping things honest, and bringing the simple pleasure of a great burger back to its roots.

The restaurant’s motto, “Jasper owned, Jasper operated, Jasper’s own,” reflects everything the brothers do. As Alabama Stackers enters its fifth year of serving the local community, it continues to be more than a place to eat, but a part of Jasper’s story and a reflection of what happens when a family invests in their community.
