Free live music and festival fun will return to the heart of downtown Jasper this fall as the 2026 Metal Central Foothills Festival takes place Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12, 2026.
The annual festival will once again bring two days of live music, food, vendors, family friendly activities, and community celebration to downtown Jasper.
This year’s lineup features a strong mix of country, rock, and familiar fan favorites. On Friday, September 11, country music artist Mark Chesnutt will headline the festival, with additional performances by Channing Wilson and Deana Carter.
On Saturday, September 12, rock band Collective Soul will take the stage as the evening’s headliner. Saturday’s lineup will also include performances by John Waite and Everclear.
In addition to the main stage entertainment, the festival will feature several returning attractions and activities, including a car show at the Jasper Civic Center, a 5K run, vendors, food options, and family friendly activities throughout the festival area.
The local stage will also return this year, sponsored by Synovus, giving festivalgoers another opportunity to enjoy live music and local talent during the weekend.
The Metal Central Foothills Festival has become one of Jasper’s signature community events, drawing visitors downtown for live entertainment and a full weekend of fun.
