Boshell Homes is a family-owned manufactured home business serving the Jasper community and surrounding areas. Founded in 1977 by Carroll Boshell, the business first opened on 19th Street in Jasper as a mobile home and auto sales operation before growing into the manufactured home focused dealership it is today.
After five years, Carroll purchased his business partner’s share, and in 1991 Boshell Homes moved to its current location on Highway 78. Carroll’s son, Jeff, joined the business three years later, and not long after, the automotive side was phased out so the Boshells could focus exclusively on manufactured homes.
Today, Boshell Homes continues to prioritize a straightforward approach that has guided the company for decades: offering a quality product, in good condition, at a reasonable price, while treating customers the right way.
