McWane, Inc. Donates $25,000 to Bevill State Welding Department

Bevill State Community College (BSCC) is proud to announce a generous $25,000 donation from McWane, Inc. in support of the Welding Technology program on the Sumiton Campus. This contribution will directly benefit students by enhancing program resources, expanding opportunities, and preparing the next generation of skilled professionals for high-demand careers in welding.

The Welding Technology facility at Bevill State’s Sumiton Campus was recently renovated and updated, ensuring that students have access to modern equipment and training environments. Bevill State prioritizes staying at the forefront of technology and instruction so that its programs remain aligned with the standards and needs of business and industry.
