Capstone Health Earns 2025 HRSA Operational Site Visit Badge for Operational Compliance

Capstone Health is proud to announce it has been awarded the 2025 Health Center Program Operational Site Visit (OSV) Badge by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care.

The OSV Badge is awarded to health centers that demonstrate full compliance with all federal Health Center Program requirements during a HRSA Operational Site Visit, signifying the highest standard of compliance, operational excellence, and quality of care.
