Coordinates with nurses and other care partners for care of residents in their daily living activities (ADLs). Responsibilities include basic cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dishes, and serving resident’s meals. Must follow resident’s care plans using established policies, procedures and practices. Handles documentation of all activities, responds to resident’s needs, and follows all safety and health guidelines. Shifts may vary.
Will provide quality care and will assist residents in meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Applicant must possess a passion for working with senior citizens. CPR training is a plus but is not required. Minimum age is 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. No experience is required and applicants will have background and drug screens completed. Pay will depend on experience and will be discussed individually with each applicant.
