Meet Breland Medders, a driven senior at Dora High School who shines both as a cheerleader and as a leader among her peers.

As a member of the cheer squad, Breland brings enthusiasm and spirit to her team, coached by Katie Carden and Catherine Willingham.

Academically, Breland is equally impressive. With a 4.0 GPA, she is a dedicated student and an active member of Beta Club, Youth Leadership Walker County, and Peer Helpers.

Looking ahead to her graduation in May 2026, Breland plans to attend the University of North Alabama to pursue a degree in sports media marketing.

“I found a love for sports media by being the person who makes the hype videos for game days,” she explained.

Breland is the daughter of Blake Medders and Pilar Alvarez.

Congratulations, Breland, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
