Meah Nelson has spent the last six years perfecting her skills on the volleyball court.
Now a senior and a vital player for Jasper High School’s volleyball team, she finds joy in the excitement of the game and the strong bond with her teammates.
“I used to play other sports, but volleyball has always been the most exciting. The connection I have with my teammates is like a family bond,” Meah shares.
Her passion for volleyball has her set on continuing the sport in college, where she also hopes to work toward her dream career as a real estate agent.
Off the court, Meah enjoys shopping, trying new foods, and working with kids at her church’s daycare.
A dedicated member of her community, she values her family, faith, and her role in helping others.
“I love my family, my teammates, and coaches, and I love working with kids and helping in my church,” Meah says.
Congratulations, Meah, on your accomplishments on the court and in the classroom! The Walker Leader wishes you the best in your future endeavors. WL
