A small to medium-sized wood cabinetry manufacturer, is seeking a production manager for it’s Jasper Alabama facility.
Candidates must have the following:
– At least 5 years of management experience in wood cabinetry management.
– Experience with panel processing equipment such as computerized panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, wide belt sanders and pocket boring and line boring equipment.
– Experience with production wood cabinetry in face frame, frame less , and beaded inset cabinet construction formats.
– Experience with production wood finishing techniques including wiping and dye stains, lacquer based paints and primers and conversion varnish topcoats.
– Experience with kitchen design and production management software.
– The ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a work force of up to 20 people.
– The ability to develop and follow a budget for labor and raw material and to adjust production accordingly to meet these goals.
– The ability to direct the installation crews and communicate effectively with customers.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
