Meet Mia Harbison, a Cordova High School senior whose talents extend beyond the sports arena. A multi-sport athlete, Mia has been making an impact as a flyer in cheer for coach LeAnn Hood, a front-row player in volleyball for coach Mary Gray Kilpatrick, a guard in basketball for coach Jonathan Gilbert, and an outfielder in softball for Brandon Millican.

“I play so many sports because I just like being busy and active,” Mia says.

Mia has also proven herself to be a standout student with a 3.8 GPA. She is also a proud member of Leadership Walker County.

As she awaits her graduation in May 2024, Mia plans to study Nursing at Bevill State Community College.

Mia is the daughter of Ritchie and Ina Harbison.

Congratulations, Mia, on your athletic and academic accomplishments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors! WL
