Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residential and day program adult clients. Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and modification of the client’s service plan. Administer the client’s medication program as prescribed based in Center policies and procedures. Assist in the monitoring of vital signs and blood sugar levels. Structure and monitor the personal and leisure activities of the client. Provide for clients’ safety. This position can be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Must possess a current/valid LPN nursing license in the State of Alabama.
- Will accept a new graduate. Experience is preferred, but not required.
- Current/valid non-expired driver’s license. This position requires driving, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
- Experience with Microsoft Word Processing and Outlook.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, plus on-call every third week. Will discuss at interview.
Location: Walker County
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour
