- The Great Escape: River Run from Crockett
When: 6 AM
Where: 5840 Sipsey Road, Empire, AL 35063
This 14-mile journey takes you through historic Black Warrior Town, beginning at the confluence of the Sipsey and Mulberry Forks and ending at Disney Lake in Cordova. Bring your canoe, kayak, or SUP and sit back and enjoy the scenery or compete against experienced racers. To purchase a ticket, visit this link.

- Indian Head Harvest Fest 2024

The 5th Annual Indian Head Harvest Fest is almost here! Bring the whole family out for a day of fun, including vendors, food trucks, live music, games, inflatables, a kayak race, and more!

- Ta Ta Trot 5k Fun Run & Walk
When: Registration @ 8 AM | Race @ 10 AM
Where: Carbon Hill Park
Show your support for those who have been affected by breast cancer by celebrating their strength, beauty, and courage! This special 5k will feature food, raffle prizes, and gifts for survivors and those currently battling the disease.
