Join the Jasper Women’s Pickleball League for a pickleball workshop! This workshop is free and open to anyone who wishes to learn the basics of the game!

- Benefit Art Show

Where: Vintage Trading Post | 734 Highway 78 West, Jasper, AL 35501
Visit Vintage Trading Post on Saturday to check out a children’s art show benefitting the Adam Bishop Center, Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center’s Walker County office for Children’s Services. Purchase a child’s artwork for just $5, or make a kind donation. 100% of donations will go to Adam Bishop Center.
- Softball Camp
When: 9 AM – 1 PM
Where: Cordova Ballfield
Join Mission 34 for a free softball camp this Saturday! Mission 34 is a 501c3 non-profit that provides free baseball and softball camps, lessons, and activities to engage with Walker County youth and spread the Gospel of Christ. For more information, call (205) 300-0834.
- Free Back-to-School Haircuts
When: 10 AM-Noon
Where: First Baptist Church Carbon Hill | 119 3rd Avenue Northeast, Carbon Hill, AL 35549
Get a free back-to-school haircut at First Baptist Church Carbon Hill by calling the church office at (205) 924-4145 to schedule an appointment!
The church will offer complimentary snacks and other free goodies. Multiple stylists, both students at cosmetology school and recent graduates, are donating their time to minister and encourage others!
- Camp Firelight VBS

A Camp Firelight adventure awaits! It’s time to gather around the campfire and enjoy food, fun, and stories about God’s love for us!
- Back-to-School Cookout

Kick off the upcoming school year with this back-to-school event, featuring good food, games, and hearing from God’s Word! There will be a water balloon fight after supper, so be sure to wear dark clothing.
