Curry High School will be hosting Champions Softball Camp on Tuesday, July 18th, 2023. The camp will feature current and past state champions from CHS, and softball players from ages 8-13 can take advantage of this chance to learn more about the proper fundamentals of fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, hitting, and baserunning.
Check-in will be at 8:30 am, when each camper’s fee of $60 will be collected, followed by camp from 9 am – 3 pm and a provided lunch from 12-1. Each camper must bring their own equipment and come dressed and ready to play.
Coach Dave Lawson says, “Campers get to experience proper fundamentals involved in being successful in all areas of the game of softball, and they get to learn from some of the best to ever do it. My staff, past state champions, and current players are excited and look forward to working with the kids.”
The deadline to pre-register is July 14th, and this can be completed by emailing Coach Lawson at LawsonD@wcslive.com.
