Carbon Hill Senior Walker Kimbrell is a two-sport athlete, playing quarterback in football for coach DJ Emerson and is an angler for the fishing team.
Walker has a 3.0 GPA and his favorite subject is science. Brandon is also a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
“I have my reasons why I play and where I find motivation,” Walker said. “I had a buddy who promised me that I would go somewhere if I tried hard enough, and back in 2016, he got into a car wreck. So, my motivation is never to break that promise.”
After he graduates in May 2024, Walker plans to play college football and double major in Architecture and Education. He is currently visiting many colleges, including Clemson University, The University of Alabama, The University of Tennessee, The University of Arkansas, and Middle Tennessee State University.
Walker is the son of Mark and Kathy Kimbrell.
Let’s congratulate this outstanding student-athlete on his many accomplishments! WL
