Local young baseball players, get ready! There are two upcoming opportunities to grow your skills and prepare for your future on the diamond.
Jasper High School Baseball 2023 Viking Youth Camp
- Ages: 5-12
- Location: Valley Park, off of Viking Drive in Jasper.
- Dates and Times: Monday, June 12 – Wednesday, June 14 | 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day
- Fees: $100 pre-register, $115 day of

Jasper’s head baseball coach Patrick Ware says, “This is the twentieth year we’ve held this camp, and it’s a lot of fun for us and the players. It’s important to build a connection with young players before they get into our middle school and high school programs.”
Dora Bulldogs 2023 Baseball Camp
Dora’s head coach Mark Glenn and his team, who won the Walker County Championship, will coach the two-day camp. Coach Glenn says, “Our goal at Dora is to provide quality baseball instruction to the youth players and coaches in our community, Sumiton, and surrounding areas that come to our camp. That way, they are familiar with our expectations and how our program works. Kids love baseball camp!”

- Location: Dora High School indoor baseball facility and baseball field | 330 Glenn C Gant Cir, Dora, AL 35062
- Dates and Times: Monday, July 10, and Tuesday, July 11 | 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. each day
- Fees: $50; includes a camp t-shirt.
- Additional notes: Players must bring their own snacks, drinks, and equipment. The last day to register is Friday, June 30. See the links below for additional information.
